Charlotte Jordan
President and Senior Vice President of Coaching and Education

Charlotte Jordan is an expert in strengths-based leadership development and executive coaching. She has worked with Marcus since 2005, when he recruited her to design and develop learning initiatives and broaden the company's service offerings. Prior to joining The Marcus Buckingham Company, Charlotte was Director of Coaching for The Anthony Robbins Companies. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of this large division, she recruited, trained and managed 70 coaches in the delivery of professional coaching services across the US and Europe. Her passion for the coaching profession grew from her earlier work at Coaching.com, a division of Ken Blanchard Companies, where she was responsible for the research and development of knowledge management systems.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master of Law degree, and several professional coaching certifications.

David Wagner
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, David Wagner is responsible for the StandOut Platform's technology architecture, strategy, and development, as well as the myriad internal and external technical initiatives and commitments of the organization. David has more than 17 years of professional experience in software, spanning the gamut of the development lifecycle including requirements gathering/analysis, system architecture, coding, database design/modeling, testing, and systems integration and administration. Prior to The Marcus Buckingham Company, David was a Director of Technology at UnitedHealth Group, a health insurance company with over $100 billion in annual sales.

David graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Economics in 1993, but quickly realized that software development was where his strengths lay, and has loved the field ever since.

Amy Leschke-Kahle
Vice President of Performance Acceleration

Amy Leschke-Kahle comes to The Marcus Buckingham Company from Kohl's Department Stores, where she most recently served as Vice President of the HR Solution Center. She led several of the company's recent HR Technology initiatives, including optimizing the Workforce Technology systems and processes and building a best-in-class learning management system. Before joining Kohl's, Amy led learning and development organizations for several Fortune 100 companies. She has also been involved in implementing global lean manufacturing initiatives, knowledge management solutions, technical recruiting and academic leadership.

As VP of Performance Acceleration, Amy helps to drive new sales and build partnerships with both software and service providers, collaborating with clients to transform performance and leadership development across the globe.

Amy holds a chemical engineering degree from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She's often asked how she went from chemical engineering to people-focused work. Her reply: both focus on solving really hard problems that you can't see.

Heidi Spirgi
Vice President of Product and Technology Services

As Vice President of Product and Technology Services, Heidi Spirgi is responsible for the direction and strategy of the company's technology products. She oversees all aspects of global delivery and consulting to ensure that products drive a measurable increase in team performance and engagement.

With over 20 years of experience in HR and the technology industry, Heidi has worked with many of the world's largest companies, including Starbucks, Target, McGraw-Hill, AstraZeneca, Nike, Amgen, and MetLife, helping them reinvent their approach to talent and leverage new and emerging technologies to create a meaningful employee experience. As co-founder and president of Knowledge Infusion (later acquired by Appirio), she was responsible for all aspects of global delivery, sales, finance and operations. At Appirio, Heidi became Senior Vice President of Global HCM and Enterprise Strategy Practices. Before starting Knowledge Infusion, Heidi also held various leadership positions at PeopleSoft.

Heidi is an active participant in the HCM community and is a frequent presenter and panelist at industry events. She writes frequently on the topics of HR, talent management and technology. Heidi holds a master's degree from the University of California Los Angeles and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
