Prior to joining The Marcus Buckingham Company, Charlotte was Director of Coaching for The Anthony Robbins Companies. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of this large division, she recruited, trained and managed 70 coaches in the delivery of professional coaching services across the US and Europe. Her passion for the coaching profession grew from her earlier work at Coaching.com, a division of Ken Blanchard Companies, where she was responsible for the research and development of knowledge management systems.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master of Law degree, and several professional coaching certifications.
Rosette Cataldo comes to The Marcus Buckingham Company with 20 years of sales and business development experience in new or emerging markets. Prior to mBLAST, Rosette was part of the KMS Software Company executive team. At KMS, she built a strategic partner distribution channel and direct sales from the ground up. She led all sales initiatives for over six years, helping KMS become the selected vendor of numerous well-known industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies. Quickly recognized as a subject matter expert on employee onboarding technology, she was frequently invited to speak about this rapidly growing HR market niche.
As Director of Business Development at Webhire (later acquired by Kenexa), Rosette headed all partner initiatives. In 2005, HR.com, one of the HR industry’s leading research firms, recognized her team’s efforts by identifying Webhire’s partnership strategies as among the best of any talent management company. Prior to Webhire, Rosette served as Senior Director of Worldwide channel sales for Elron Software, Inc., increasing channel revenue by over 100% in two years.
Having spent all of her professional career in both direct and channel management, Rosette has been an invited guest at numerous Channel Management-specific speaking engagements, including Channel Focus North America, the largest and most respected conference for channel sales executives.
Rosette earned her MBA, with a concentration in strategic management, from Boston College, and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Organizational Behavior with a minor in social psychology from Boston University. She volunteers with multiple non-profits and currently sits on the board of directors for The Revere Beach Partnership and Steps4Cancer.org.

Amy Leschke-Kahle comes to The Marcus Buckingham Company from Kohl's Department Stores, where she most recently served as Vice President of the HR Solution Center.
