Two years ago, we set out to design and build a Global Engagement Index that would take into account inter-country differences and produce reliably comparable data.
The result is the StandOut Global Engagement Index – the first and only globally calibrated employee engagement index.
The StandOut Global Engagement Index:
- Measures reliably the overall level of engagement in each country, and establishes a stable baseline for each country.
- Provides all team leaders with a tool to compare their team’s engagement level against the country-specific baseline.
- Reveals country by country, which conditions in the workplace are most likely to drive team members to become fully engaged at work.
