- Completed a rigorous coaching certification recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
- Built at least five years (often more) of corporate coaching experience.
- Served in a senior leadership capacity and managed others.
- Completed a 75-hour strengths-based coaching certification through TMBC.

A 3-month engagement of 60-minute virtual coaching sessions helps leaders generate practical strategies and tools to build high-performing teams and achieve personal goals. Working with a coach to address specific individual needs, team leaders will learn to identify strengths, set clear performance objectives, and foster teamwork and collaboration.
Reserved for senior leaders, these 3- or 6-month engagements focus on the challenges and opportunities of executive leadership and being an effective leader of leaders. Common themes include: leading organizations with intentionality; leading through change; resilience; conflict management; increasing emotional intelligence; creating a strengths-based culture; and more.
These three-session engagements leverage coaching expertise and practical tools on a specific topic such as burnout (addressing it both for yourself and for a team you lead), connection, career growth, and Check-In effectiveness.
